Macross Plus takes place 30 years after Macross on a planet far away from earth called eden. The story revolves around 3 old friends a recently court martialed Fighter pilot and now a test pilot for the YF-19 Isamu Dyson, a Test pilot for the YF-21 Guld Bowaman, and Myung a person that kinda is a muscian. The 3 broke up years ago during high school for reasons later revealed. But now Isamu and Guld are competing in the project Super Nova to replace the current Valk the VF-11. Later Myung shows up because she is doing a sharon apple concert. This developes into another epic macross series with another cast of unforgettable characters and beyond cool mechs.
Overall rating- 9/10 for a 4 part OVA this is a pretty cool show with top notch animation and with very few flaws.
