Well is the first tenchi movie. This movie starts off with tenchi and crew watching an old black and white film tenchi's dad made of tenchi's mom. When suddenly she disappears. Meanwhile mihoshi and Kiyone are flying around when the GXP headquarters phones that they are under attack and then the communication dies out. Suddenly tenchi starts to disappear as well. Luckily Washuu is prepared and has some machine that keeps tenchi from disappearing. She tells them about how somebody went back in time to kill tenchi's mom thus him never being born that is NOT a good thing actually quite bad. So Washuu sends them back in time.

                   Tenchi and crew then end up in the past and they have 7 days to figure out what happened or when tenchi's mom is going to die. So everyone must take up jobs at the school to keep an eye or tenchi's mom. On the 6th day tenchi's mom's class is going to Tokyo for a field trip this is clearly when its going to happen.
